The idea for Just Realty first appeared on his vision board three years before launching the brokerage, reflecting a long-term commitment to building something meaningful.
After working within other brokerages, he recognized a gap in mentorship and guidance for agents and wanted to create a brokerage where learning and development are prioritized.
